Currently, the K2 Group LLC real estate team is currently comprised of:
Jennifer Karlen – Full time real estate agent since 1992. When Jennifer was young – she drew inspiration from one of the more popular TV dramas of the time: Dynasty. She heard one of the persons on the show say “I made my money in real estate.” And from that, Jennifer’s ultimate vocation was only a matter of time. From a hobby standpoint, Jennifer’s life time passion has been horses. She was reared in the Plainfield Indiana community located just outside of Indianapolis. Jennifer started out participating in the Western disciplines (barrel racing, in hand shows, etc), and eventually evolved to participating in some of the English disciplines as well – including Eventing (Combined Training), dressage, cross country & stadium jumping. Today, Jennifer has combined both her professional experience and her love for horses into one passion by being the industry leader for horse farms and horse property in Kentucky.
Jon Karlen – Full time real estate professional since 1992. Jon graduated in 1992 from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Jon jumped into the commercial real estate development side of things and worked with a property land development company based in Louisville Kentucky. After Jon & Jennifer purchased their horse farm in Shelby County, Jon & Jennifer joined forces. Jon’s experience in complex and high end real estate transactions prove to be a tremendous asset for clients to draw upon. Jon also manages all of the online assets and internet marketing for the K2 Group.
Caroline Gaffney, assistant – A former executive with a large corporation, Caroline brings attention to detail and does a majority of the behind the scenes work for the K2 Group. From scheduling appointments, to handling the records and paperwork for the transactions, Caroline proves to be a tremendous asset for the K2 Group!
